This 8-week course at the bright, beautiful, and fully-equipped studio (there is a rope wall and chairs) is $225 for the term. Single class drop-ins won't be available. While the course will not be taught virtually, a video recording will be available to each registered participant. If you miss a class, you can view the recording at your convenience.
For the safety of all participants, I ask that you confirm that you are vaccinated. I would like to guarantee to all students that those who are attending are fully vaccinated. The space is well-ventilated and the windows will be open.

The Eve of St. Agnes-John Keats
This time of year we are literally surrounded with splendor, the blooming colors and shapes of May flowers. It’s a magical moment.
It also invites us to reconsider how to approach some of the forward folds in an asana practice ~ removing some of the rigidity that we built up during the cold months of winter, and finding a way that is quieter, softer and especially satisfying in spring.
In this inventive Iyengar Yoga workshop (live only), we’ll explore ways to soften and fold-in to our forward extensions. Thawing and finding space where rigidity once ruled. Vaccinated only please.
